FORGING
FORGING – Strength Shaped by Force
Forging is a high-strength metal forming process where compressive forces are used to shape metals into desired forms. At ONE SOURCE ENGINEERS, we provide end-to-end forging solutions through a network of specialized vendors, offering unmatched strength, grain flow control, and mechanical performance in every component we deliver.
Forging enhances the structural integrity of parts by refining grain structure, eliminating internal voids, and increasing fatigue resistance. From small precision parts to large industrial components, our forging solutions serve sectors such as automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, agriculture, heavy machinery, and defense.
Whether it’s simple open-die forging or complex closed-die components, we deliver high-performance forged parts with consistency, speed, and cost-effectiveness.

OUR ENGINEERING CAPABILITIES
1. OPEN DIE FORGING
In open die forging, a workpiece is deformed between flat or contoured dies that do not enclose the metal completely. This process is ideal for large, simple shapes.
1. CLOSED DIE FORGING
Closed die forging involves placing the heated metal into a die resembling a mold. Under high pressure, the metal fills the cavity and takes the desired shape.
